Amberley has successfully entered the Partnership Housing industry where land is procured and remediated, and taken through the planning system in partnership with various Housing Associations at various locations. The size of these sites is from 10 units to 171 unit projects to date and the numbers are set to increase over the coming years. Through the land department a number of new opportunities are being sought and the target of 100 units per annum is on target.
